A: Some say they are just legends. Others have seen more than they can explain. We’ll let you decide.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our selection, add your favorite blends to your cart, and check out securely on our website.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, various buy now pay later plans, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders are processed quickly, so contact us as soon as possible. Once an order ships, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on location but typically range from 3-7 business days.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping rates start at $6.95 for the first 1.5 lbs of shipping weight.  Each additional 3/4 lb will add 48 cents to the base shipping. We  offer free shipping on orders $125 or more!

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Q: What type of coffee do you sell?
A: We offer very high-quality, gourmet coffee in various roasts and flavors, all inspired by legends of the unknown.

Q: Is your coffee freshly roasted?
A: Yes! Our coffee is freshly roasted to order for maximum flavor and quality.

Q: Do you offer ground coffee or whole beans?
A: We offer both whole bean and ground coffee. Choose your preference when adding to your cart. We even offer a few flavors in convenient coffee pods. for those on the go!

Returns & Customer Support

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us—we want you to love your coffee! No perishable items you can email support@cryptid-coffee.com for a RA number. 

Q: My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: If your order is damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
